Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A $50 deposit reserves your rental. If you cancel 8+ days before your event, the deposit is refundable. If you cancel 2-7 days before, we provide a rain check usable within one year.

What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?

We can set up on grass (preferred), concrete, asphalt, or packed dirt. The ground must be level and free of debris.

Do I need to provide power?

Yes, you need a standard 110V outlet within 100 feet of the setup location. We provide extension cords. Generator rentals are available if needed.

What happens if it rains?

Light rain doesn't stop most fun. However, if there's lightning or severe weather, inflatables must be deflated for safety. Weather cancellations receive full refunds or rain checks.
